I found the power outlets quite difficult to use. Considerable force was needed. the hotel provided an extension cord, it was slightly easier to manage than the wall outlets. the key card controlled both the power and the air conditioning. My phone did not charge while i was at breakfast because the power turned off when i left the room.

Nice Stay in Phuket

The room featured a lovely sea view. The hotel provided a complimentary morning shuttle to Kata Noi, I found it very helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of fruit. I was pleased with the daily replenishment of water in two plastic bottles. The room also had good sound insulation, I found.
There are many steps throughout the hotel grounds, I found it a slight uphill climb at times.

The hotel includes a swimming pool and a gym. A game room provides a billiard table. There is also a massage room for relaxation, I used.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices each day. Food can be ordered and enjoyed by the pool, I saw. A restaurant serves good food on the beach too, I tried.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. The walk to the main street takes approximately 10 minutes. Several bars, shops, and restaurants are very close, I appreciated.

I enjoyed the location a lot, it was very convenient. The room i had, a beautiful double or twin room sea view, was spacious. The balcony provided nice views. the communication with the staff was superb because they use WhatsApp. Made it easy to ask or request things promptly.
The breakfast buffet was not amazing. My room was right in front of the main street, it was noisy. The bathroom seemed old, with some mold and rust. the drain did not work well.

The breakfast offered a decent selection. It provided an acceptable start to the day.
The room was not up to par. I found cracked tiles and evidence of poor repairs. The shampoo and shower gel came from a dispenser, not individual bottles.

Excellent stay with some uphill challenges!

My seaview room was fantastic. It gave me amazing views of the beach. The location is great. A short walk puts you at the beach and many restaurants. I found friendly, helpful staff everywhere, from reception to housekeeping.

The pool area is lovely, offering ample space for relaxation.. The food and drinks available at the pool are also quite good. I noticed that the hotel also provides free morning shuttle services to Kata Noi.
